I won't get into the setting and such as they will vary depending on the machine used. It is nice to get the pins tight. This diameter will probably vary some from laser to laser. The should be 3/8" from center of hole to bottom of acrylic sheet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I still have the masking on the back of the sheet which will come off now. The photo was reversed so the etching is on the back of the sheet instead of the front. This is personal preference.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I like to get the sheet to sit close to the light but I have actually killed some of the lights trying to jam the sheet in too tightly. Work it into the groove with your thumb.
